Estimated Delivery Time

To ensure the quickest delivery time, we work with several carriers, including USPS, UPS, Amazon Logistics, and FedEx.

 

The average transit time is 3-7 business days. Normally we ship out the goods within 48 hours, and the average transit time depends on the logistics.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 5 business days.

 

If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please get in touch with info@talosbo.com.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Talosbo Support within 5 business days at service@talosbo.com.

 

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

 

NOTE: If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply. If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. TALOSBO will not replace the order or issue a refund.
